The most common question our clients ask is: "How are you able to charge such a low cost?"

Great question and the answer is simple;

1. We have no high street offices
It can cost as much as £100,000 per year, in some areas, for rent & rates to secure a prime location on the high street. We have one low cost centralised office saving us, and therefore you, tens of thousands of pounds.

Office numbers are therefore reduced throughout Scotland. So instead of having to pay for twenty or thirty offices we have one centralised office and we use the Internet as our communication medium.

2. We do not pay a valuers salary
Typical estate agents employ a valuer who will make an appointment to visit your property. Their main job is to negotiate a selling fee with you - in other words they will not be upfront regarding their costs. It is a valuers job to squeeze as much money as possible out of their prospective client  – we do not do this as our costs are fixed. A valuer commands a decent salary and a ‘good’ valuer can make a lot of money for their company.

The Home Report in Scotland now negates a valuers job because your property has a value placed on it by the surveyor in the home report.
